i believe so....here is another....
A convicted bank robber who was deaf sued the very bank that he attempted to rob. When bank employees realized he was deaf, they were able to talk during the attempted robbery, which made it easy for them to stall the would-be robber until the cops arrived. The failed bank robber sued the bank for disability discrimination. I guess it failed to accommodate his deafness. This case is pending.....
