I understand what you're saying, but I've always been the type of person that would rather be playing a sport than watching it. So, soccer, baseball, etc, doesn't matter to me I think it's a bit of a waste of time to watch a season's worth of games. I would rather be playing a sport than watching it.

Still, converting people from the US to watch soccer, it's just too much of a cultural thing. We like our baseball, basketball, football, we play those sports as kids, we grow up playing those sports, and it's just more of a preference than anything else.

I mean some of my friends love Nascar...personally I hate nascar...if they try to shove it down my throat I'd probably have the same reaction to someone pushing soccer on me. To each his own
