Wow... clueless answers here....

Remember folks... A real good rep brings knowledge in many areas to the table: Traffic building, contacts, problem solving, moderate design skills, html knowledge, PR, problem solving skills, etc.

Good reps are also loyal and don't bounce around.. There are a handful that haven't left their companies in years... I am going on Year 2 with Duke Dollars and don't plan on leaving. There is a reason for loyalty and it's not because I make $1k a month.
