ah, be careful on that one... i think in the US you have to have an employee sign an agreement telling him that they may be monitored and it has to be specific, like email, surfing... maybe you can just say all computer usage may be monitored, but i would ask an attorney for sure...
i wouldnt want to fire a guy after discovering something and then have that employee come back and sue me... and even worse, win...
