Installing the card is a simple as it gets, just pull the plate covering the expansion slots off, you will want to use the PCI slots, they are usually white. It doesn't matter which PCI slot you use, pick one you like.The AGP slot is usually black, don't is it, you will notice the card won't fit anyway. Firmly push the card into the PCI slot, screw the screw in securly and you are done. You generally have to push he card in a little harder than you would think. They don't just slide in. Put the cover on, install the drivers and you are done. Stick the RJ-45 jack back in...end of problem.
I usually remove those multi purpose cards from a computer anyway, they are junk.
