I need to add that although the "high risk" fees and designation goes to the adult industry we are not the only people hit by chargebacks. When I do actually receive hard copy back with a chargeback it is usually us along with CCbill, Ibill, Amazon sometimes other "legitimate" merchants.
This is the credit card industries way of earning a few more dollars and forcing more control over an industry the government wants to regulate.
The real kick to too many people is going to be when they find it much more difficult than they realize to keep chargebacks under control. I know I have had to block whole bin's and entire countries.
