I thought the same thing. That's a bbit high. For us I'd say maybe 10-20% if I had to guess. But it remains consistant. Good some months, with no misses, everyone shows up on time. To bad others.

Yep. We do not use print either. Word of mouth, referrals from the girls to their friends, online, or face to face works best for me. Doing it this way (versus when we started) has cut the percentage down BIG TIME but even if it was 5% it would still be a major annoyance.
