Take every thing they say with a grain of salt, or hit redial to hear a different story.
You should have a look back through the posts on the different stories and lies Ibill has been serving to other webmasters in the past few weeks...

I'm sure that one of the prerequisites of getting a job at ibill must be a wild imagination and demonstrated ability to make up stories quickly on the fly..
