Brian shoots mostly first time girls and I would venture he is shooting 4-5brand new girls a week, I am sure he doesn't have much time to recruit so he has to book through agencies. Very different then I am sure what you do and what you work you offer the girls.

I'm not giving Brian a hard time at all.
As for what he does and what I do....I too shoot 4 to 5 brand new girls each week....And I'm not sharing them with LA agents or photographers who treat them like shit and or allow the models to walk all over them. If the girl is brand new then it's up to the producer to train her to act like a professional and show up for her shoots before somebody else allows her to develop poor work habits.
