Yeah Aaron you are right to a certain degree and say you have to treat the models right and have to have a certain attitude with them. However don't give Brian such a hard time. In LA you have to shoot a lot of girls to make decent money, unfortunately there is a high flake factor unless you want to shoot girls that have been in the industry a long time and are desperate for the cash.
Brian shoots mostly first time girls and I would venture he is shooting 4-5brand new girls a week, I am sure he doesn't have much time to recruit so he has to book through agencies. Very different then I am sure what you do and what you work you offer the girls.
Also in regards to the original post. Flakes, lateness and stupidity are part of the job as a shooter. You have to deal with it.
For me I don't think it is worth it anymore, I have done it for 4 years now and it drove me fuckin nuts.
