Only on a personal thing, but know who people, husband and wife who were major sales "players" for a large pharma corp. The wife was a doctor, husband more sales orientated.
They both sacked themselves when the wife (doc) raised some issues over the drugs they were selling. The pharma corp refused to give clear answers on this - so they both resigned. In their language, - they "refuse to lie to doctors where there is a possible serious health hazzard". (Can't remember the detail, but the main element was serious, tho there were plenty other sub-issues.)
