The N. Koreans didn't aim at shit, their tech amounts to spin the fucking bottle with a rocket and one happened to end up drifting in the general direction of Hawaii.

Call me when Kim Jong-ill gets a decent haircut and then I'll know their tech is improving, until then, I'm not worrying.
