our vod model is a non-recurring subscription, hence 'On Demand' we charge as little as .07 per minute billing. customers get 15 free minutes when they join, then buy minutes when they need more. no other fees...
let;s talk download for a minute, the user never has to pay to watch your movie agian. Pay per minute allows the user to view several movies just the money shots if wanted. new release;s should never be downloaded. just pay per view per minute for the first couple of months after the release.
