There's like 4 actual female webmasters on this board. There are a ton of chicks in the biz though and most of them have been hired because they are capable of making male webmasters do what they want.

So you are correct, the women of the biz are definitely hotter as a whole. I have noticed the guys of the board are all working out a lot more than they were 4 years ago.
