Chameleon Submitter Suite is by far the best tool available for those submitting their own galleries.
The submitter is as extensible as any other out there on the market. Building your own database is just as easy, if not easier than any of the others out there. The partner account requester just adds to making the process just that much less time consuming and more profitable. Throw the confirmer in there, as it's a must have as well. The stock databases for both the submitter and PAR are great starting points. You won't be disappointed with any of them. They're the one tools I recommend to everyone.
