I know 2600 redirected their site to a FBI site on April Fools day saying they had been taken over by the FBi, and dumped a fucklooad of hits on some site.
They were sued but won.
Judge said you can send your traffic wherever you want.
Similar case regarding the URl such as fuckgeneralmotors.com where they were sued as well for pointing it to generalmotors.com Judge again said you can send your traffic wherever you want. As well as URl poitinging, you can point a domain anywhere you want without damage too.
I dont have links but the cases are real, possibly find info on their site since they are proud of it hehehe
