The Partner Requestor alone hasn't generated that much more traffic for me, but I've only been using it for a week or so now, so I won't know for a bit anyways.
It has made managing my partner accounts WAY easier and it's cool because you then export all your info from the PR and Chameleon enters your user/pass for you automatically when it's submitting.... pretty cool tool.
If you have or plan on getting a lot of partner accounts it is a must!
