Not easy to deal with anxiety attacks. Best advice is learning how to control your breathing, practice breathing slowly and steady, and when an attack comes start that. Also you should consider what vitamins / supplements you should be taking. I take a few vitamins a day, C, B complex, a multi-vitamin, and also some flax seed oil. Also strenous workouts help to reduce the frequency of the attacks (at least it does with me).
Just remember though when you are having a panic attack, just roll with it, and just keep saying it's all mental...it'll make the panic attack subside quicker.
