I hate medication and I think I do a well enough job with just controlling my heart beat.

For some reason I've been having them more often lately. I think you are right...the busier you are, the less they occur. And it really does make you feel like you're having a heart attack. I really don't want to take medicine either, but if this goes on any longer I think I'm gonna have to visit my doc.
