European population is declining due to people not breeding. It has nothing to do Europeans moving to United States. I think you misread the thread.
If there is no immigration to USA, the population wouldnot increase as it is now or it might even decline. It happens to all industrial countries. People who have higher education, better standards and more money tend to live their life then having kids, it is that simple.
