How the heck do you confuse the right to show your friends the tape of last nights show with it being legal to broadcast it as you see fit ?

That's like asuming that if you find a dollar on the street you probably wouldn't go to jail for taking it, so then it must be okay to rob a bank too *lol*

Money is being made from "donations" (btw, calling it a donation wont hold water eigther if you have to donate to wiev) so it's not non-profit and no way close to legal.

Nor is it legal for you promoting it with your reff code knowing that it's "not 100% legal"
