obviously if hes not foaming at the mouth trying to rip your door apart, hes not bad... if hes wimpering theres something wrong, dogs don't just wimper for the fun of it... atleast put an old blanket out for him to lay on, a bowl of food and water... or if you're not a huge pussy, let him in and try to take care of him till animal control can come get him
