Thats because they go to the schools we have in the US - where along with that "fact" they are taught that Washington cut down a cherry tree and Columbus had to convince the population in his time that the world was round - all a load of shit but they dont know any better
Of course with the new law that went into effect the 1st of this month from the 05 Deficit Reduction Act - now requires that anyone wanting to continue their medicare benefits show "satisfactory documentary evidence of U.S. citizenship" - interesting since this was put into the bill by two Georgia congressmen (remember the old voting requirement to have a valid drivers license) - documentation that would be acceptable would include a birth certificate - hmmm - something most older African Americans dont have because their mothers were not permitted in Southern hospitals - therefore no legal birth certificate - seems Charlie Norwood and Nathan Deal - some good ole KKK boys got their way in the congress.
