It is like the dozens of emails I get weekily from people saying they have taken it upon themselves to put a link to me up on their site and that I should reciprocate because it will help us both so very much.

Then the weekly, "how come you haven't reciprocated yet?" emails.

I imagine he gets tired of that crap too. If he isn't soliciting the business, does he really have an obligation to respond to everyone?

Myabe he should just set up an auto responder with a form letter saying "not interested." Would that make you feel better?
