don't think the mainstream industry is any different then here, hype, inflated egos and connections. It is just bigger and more fragemented so it easier to BS.
A great script will usally always sell!
However the other 98% you just have to find a home for.
Try inktip as it is good barometer to dealing with producers and directors at least there you might find a good agent!
