Their strong points are the fact that they have the bulk of their military located close to the DMZ, they've got 7 Million citizens in the military reserve who do military training once per year, they've got very advanced and redundant fiber optic military and command and control communications networks, and a large network of underground bases to protect military and government leadership. Over the past 20 years they've followed a lot of design and planning tactics used by the US to protect its defense infrastructure.
