I tell them I'm a busy person and can't afford to fuck around all day waiting on something being delivered. They usually tell me thats fine and they'll have one of their guys call me 30 minutes before they arrive at my house. I'm never more than 30 minutes away anyway
Works great. You should try it, remember you are the customer, don't take shit afterall its your money which keeps them in a job.
