Nah, you just have to be careful and know the basics of handling fireworks (and having a background in explosives doesn't hurt either
). We take certain precautions to ensure that we minimize the chances of one of us getting seriously injured or permanently disfigured. Yeah, most people probably view it as a stupid thing to do, but it seems to entertain us each year. To each their own I guess.
