Unless im misunderstanding you.....Its a supra bud with a fugly kit on it not an eclipse.
To be honest i cant see any tuning done on the one in the picture - it doesnt even look like it has an frount mounted intercooler which would rule out any turbo uprgrades. And unless it has the stock side mounted youre looking at a guy who has taken a normally aspirated supra and stuck a kit on it for show, much much less go.
If the one in the pic is running anymore than 400hp id be shocked - which on a supra is a quick de-cat, exhaust and boost the turbos to 1.3 ish - $1k tops.
