testing is not an act of war nor are the missiles armed - they are simply ignoring the USA demands and pushing their way into the nuclear war game by standing up for themselves if the need should arise. This also will give them more strength when it comes to having a say in world politics.
Its not NK that I am fearful of having nukes - it's if anyone of their military decides to either sell or allow terrorists to steal one is my concern. It's just a new store selling fireworks for the bullies who want to destroy anything American.

You've pretty much summed it all up right there. NK wants to be taken seriously, and lobbing nukes at Japan isn't their goal, its to be recognized. The problem is they produce nothing and they are basically living on aid from other nations.
I have a hard time taking a nation seriously when they bring nothing but hollow threats to the table.
