Sure.
We cancelled a lot of accounts, mostly from Ukraine and Russia, because their galleries were being modified after being listed. Spyware, trojans and other nasty stuff were being put on there.
We couldn't identify the true culprits because they were using credit cards, domain names and hosting registered with false details all around the world.
We had one chap try 4 different cards in 4 different names in order to pay for a submit account. A touch suspicious, don't you think?
I decided to block two ranges of server IP addresses and, where possible, identify accounts affected by that and the blocking of about 800 domains related to 3fn.net and APS Telecom.
It appears you have got caught up in that. If you were submitting galleries on domains with WHOIS info similar (or at least in the same country!) as the credit card used for the account and were submitting from a genuine IP Address (no VPN or proxy) then it is likely you would not have been banned.
If, on the other hand, you attempted to hide your identity in some way I would have made the decision not to take the risk of listing your galleries any longer. I would have cancelled your account and processed a refund. It can take a while for the refund to show up.
Now I have answered your question, please give me details of the account(s) which have not received refunds.
