It would be really nice if they would open that up to all webmasters, so if I want to optin to the pool of blocked cards that everyone else has placed on blocked status that I could
That way we could get rid of the folks that are getting refunds or chargebacks all the time. Just in case ccbill is listening it would be nice to say block any card that has been put on block by more than x number of sites, that way I could say I want anyone that has been blocked by 2 or more sites to be denied to my sites also, if they have been blocked by 2 sites then chances are they are bad news anyway.
