Sometimes you have to cross those lines, you have to go against what the "system" says is right and you have to challenge those rules, laws, and regulations. Was this Melissa's intent? Who knows, but the outcome if this is fought in court could go a long way in changing draconian laws regarding a little nudity.
It's flashing tits in a bar at a wet t-shirt contest...whoopee fucking do...if that's the line that needs to be crossed it should get crossed because it's ridiculous that adults, in a bar, needs the government to tell them seeing some titty is a bad thing.
