but seriously, in response to jace et al who followed up on what i said, i learned my lesson too and what i learned is to walk away even if i think i'm not doing anything that's hurting anyone because the hassle of fines, court, lawyers, jail, etc. isn't worth it. i'll share my boobs @ GFY if i need my fix. ;) (btw: this is no way means i think melissa is a bad person for doing what she's doing, i just think you learn to choose your battles at some point and she's still not affected enough by the negative consequences for it to make her stop. she *does* have cute boobies, i'm sure for as much negative fodder there's plenty o' good press for the gal too!

definitely. there are lines we as porn people need not cross or we are asking for trouble. and hell, melissa may have had all this planned from the start, and may not care one bit, and love the press. but if not, I wish her luck, because I am pretty sure they are sick of her antics up there and aren't going to go lightly.

my guess is she will get a fine, community service and probation....but with probation she can not get in ANY more trouble, even a ticket, or she will serve the full 8 years
