Do they have the death penalty in any of those states?

Even if they do, i think execution is too good for in.

Here's my idea for punishment:

- Get a sniper to shoot out his kneecaps and maybe a finger or five
- Make him walk to jail (at least 100 miles)
- Don't provide any medical care for him
- Let him die of gangrene.

But nooooo... you crazy americans and your stupid justice system and retarded ethics.
