they are raised to make the man feel good at what he is doing - it's theater. tell her to stop that bullshit and really start to enjoy herself. believe me - i have a "real" japanese girl here working for me.
and btw - i really like them, but a part of their attitude can get really exhausting. You sit at the computer, somethings not working, you are swearing and she stands behind you - giggling. in some moments like that i already had the wish to slap her to make her shut up. on the other hand she does the most boring jobs for hours and hours without complaining - that's a big plus compared to any german ever working for me.
