Despite what the media is saying, the sniper is NOT a serial killer.
A serial killer targets a certain sub-section of humans, like blonde girls, or "girls that said something bad to Satan about them" - essentially they always have a motive for their killings.
The sniper chose victims pretty much at random, which makes him not a serial killer, but..wait for it...
a MASS MURDERER.
