What's with "your", "you"? You write as if people who disagree with something and want to make their opinion known are aliens or foreigners...
The right to freedom of speech is always an appealing notion, but what does it actually mean if you can only speak where no-one can hear you? Do you seriously imagine the Founding Fathers anticipated US citizens being coralled out of the way because they wanted to express an opinion inconvenient to the administration of the day?
