There's a difference between actions and attractions. You're attracted to women you say? Can you prove it scientifically?
You can choose your actions, you can't choose your sexuality.
If anyone's being a parrot, it's you. This "homosexuality is a choice" bullshit is straight out of Jerry Falwell / Pat Robertson land. The only arguement christian conservatives have for why gays shouldn't get equal rights and protections, is that our sexuality is a "choice", and we shouldn't be afforded rights based on a "choice".
Republicans will accept scientific proof that homosexuality isn't a choic about the same day they accept scientific proof that global warming is a reality.
After all, when science conflicts with Republican policy, or with Christianity, the answer for them is to ignore the science.
