Actually it would be illegal for someone not to rent out a house or not to hire someone because they are a Christian (religion is a projected class). It is NOT illegal for somone not to rent out a house or not to hire someone because they are gay.
It doesn't matter that I pick on Christians, because they're protected from discrimination by federal law. Gays are not. |
