If the fee is the problem, launch it without Visa to begin with and promote it yourself. The majority of your traffic will have both MC and Visa, so you'll still make sales. I'd say count on losing at least 25% of your potential sales, though.
However, if you're looking for affiliates, you'll need to take Visa.
