if you have the budget for visa, by all means get it. if you don't have the extra $750 to spare, you should probably reconsider launching your paysite at some time when you do, however....
not accepting visa probably won't interfere as much as some would believe. keep in mind the majority of paysite sales eminate from north america and many people here have access to both visa and mastercard. so if you don't offer visa people will just sign up under their MC instead. of course those without MC will be lost to you, and that will be some %.
when I had my paysite setup I had ccbill doing the processing w/o visa (I had just started and was on a tight budget), and then switched to a different processor that offered both visa & mc. the difference between the two was slight. however as volumes increase slight %'s add up...
