Yeah Probilling runs NeTeller, a paypal like service that's popular with the gambling sites.
Probilling looks good - 9.5% etc.. BUTT ugly signup forms though, which they say they're going to make fully editable in several weeks.
Might want to check out ACPay also, they approve more transactions than anyone. And no reserve.
