The whole thing is too constrained. First thing I'd to is make the club name much bigger, don't be afraid to overlap shit.

I'd get rid of the type around the border and make the border thinner, unless you are using a really good (expensive) printing company, they will more than likely not crop it how you like and that will look all fucked up, plus it's too busy.

We don't need a photo of the Earth to understand what World Famous means. The image is like a sore spot on your design.

Since you put all the colors in the world and the Tequila name,I am guessing it's a full color print job, might want to use a different color on your text "Dance" to make is stand out from the background a more.

Seems to me that Go Go Cages would be a bigger selling point then the fact that it's under new management.

Get rid of the lightning and knock the background down about 15%.
