I dont think it was a sending off, but i dont think it made a blind bit of difference to the match. Rooney has failed to score against a lot weaker teams that portugal. Sven got it totally wrong. I like hargreaves, but with him playing, they virtually had 3 defenders marking pauleta, n then a guy up front who needs a free roll behind strikers. If you cant see that and think that england went out of the world cup because one guy told the ref there was a foul then you are nuts.
