You could hang out at a bar, sit next to a serial killer and chat up each other's life and never know you sat next to a fucking nut-job.
Granted, that's a very extreme example. But it seems like buying a drink and having a few people qualify for a person, who may have or have not met such an individual in person, is enough to grant that person access to employment around these parts. And I'm not just talking the whole Ramos drama... this disease of mentality has been around for a while.
