I'm not saying he definitely is not the one, but it seems quite hard for me to believe your average liquor store robber could get away from FBI 12 or more times driving a '91 bucket. I think it's something more. And don't think scapegoats don't work and aren't used in this country. Think JFK, MLK assassinations. Someone has to be responsible. Pointing the blame is the American way.
