1) I have 17 videos you would own 100% exclusive rights too..
Do with them as you please..
There is a additional 7 videos you will have rights use..
24 videos in all..
2) Yes active members - No resellers
3) An additional 31 lienced videos and pic sets in the members area that I will pay the transfer fee on.
4) Reserves will transfer to new owner and I have reached a level so no new reserves will be deducted out..
Once again you can either buy just the videos and/or the whole site..
