I want to find a persons adress or preferably phone number and all I know is the name and that he lives somewhere in the US.
Is there a way to track him down, even if he isn't featured in people finder websites like intelius.com ? ( or has a restricted phone number )

fortunately the name is not popular like John Smith, so let's call him Elliot Carbonaro...
