same here. when we were driving back home, about 30 mins or so into the trip back, we started to hear "2 people shot to death on the east side.." and stories of the alike. thats when we noticed how nice it really was to truly escape from all the bullshit in the world. we did get a paper up there but i think the worse thing we saw in there was "5 girls injured in horseback riding" (they were all fine, 1 horse got spooked and freaked the other horses out..nothin bad.) amazing how much a mental break it is to really GET AWAY from everything.
